Our Services
The monthly membership fee covers wellness visits, acute visits, chronic condition management, procedures, and access to wholesale labs and medication. No copays ever. No waiting on insurance to pay a claim. Clear and upfront pricing is central to Direct Primary Care.
Wellness Visits
Including well woman and well child care. The yearly wellness visit is important to ensure patients are up to date on all recommended health maintenance, and to individually optimize health.
Management of Chronic Conditions
Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, mental health, and other chronic conditions require regular follow-up, and will be addressed in detail at appointments.
Acute Care
Infections, injuries, and other acute concerns are important and need timely attention. We strive to offer same day appointments or televisits to address these issues. In certain situations, the doctor may advise a visit to the emergency department.
Procedures
Joint injections, skin lesion removal, abscess drainage, cryotherapy (freezing skin lesions), are included depending on severity and location.
Wholesale Medications
We work with wholesale pharmacies to supply generic medications and pass the savings on to our patients, often at a significant savings over insurance prices.
Discount Lab Work
We contract with local lab companies to obtain steeply discounted prices.
